The long shank makes the hook turn and grab hold quicker than other hook pattern and the long shank acts as an extended lever, teamed up with the straight point hook holds are greatly improved.

The LongShanker are manufactured using High Carbon Steel, chemically sharpened to provide a sticky sharp point and are finished with a Black Nickel coating.
